Cleveland survives in OT to take 3-0 command of East Finals
Even though All-Star guard Kyrie Irving remained sidelined for his second straight game with an injured left knee, Matthew Dellavedova & J.R. Smith filled in by contributing with 17 points each as the Cleveland Cavaliers took a commanding 3-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals with a 114-111 overtime victory over the Atlanta Hawks.
With history showing that no NBA team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit, the Cavaliers are on the verge of making their first trip to the NBA Finals since 2007.
Cleveland will aim for the sweep as they host Game 4 this Tuesday night at 8:30 pm ET.
