Even on crutches, Izzo guides MSU to 82-55 win over FAU

Matt Costello had 15 points, two shy of his career high, and seven rebounds to lead the Michigan State Spartans to a dominating 82-55 victory over the Florida Atlantic Owls.

Denzel Valentine had 13 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds while Tom Izzo continued to coach MSU on the sidelines while recovering from knee surgery.

The Spartans' next game will be this Tuesday night in Chicago at the United Center against Kansas as part of the Champions Classic. Game time is set for 10 pm ET.
