Red Wings off to rough 0-2 start after 4-1 loss to Florida
Colton Sceviour scored his first goal for Florida and Aleksander Barkov added his second goal of the season to lead the Panthers to a 4-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings.
Darren Helm scored for Detroit while goaltender Petr Mrazek stopped 34 shots.
The Red Wings will return home to kickoff the beginning of the end for the Joe Louis Arena in its final season as they host Ottawa this Monday night at 7:30 pm.
