Eastern Michigan falls in overtime to Northern Illinois, 31-24
Jordan Huff scored on a 2-yard run in overtime for his third touchdown of the game as the Northern Illinois Huskies stopped the Eastern Michigan Eagles on downs for a 31-24 victory.
Ian Eriksen rushed for a career-best 171 yards and two touchdowns for Eastern Michigan, who fell to 6-5 (3-4 MAC).
Hoping to get a spot in this season's bowl games, the Eagles will wrap up the regular season when they host Central Michigan this Tuesday night at 7 pm.
