North Carolina defeats Gonzaga to win 6th NCAA championship

After enduring a buzzer beater in last year's title game, Justin Jackson delivered the go-ahead 3-point shot with 1:40 left to help the North Carolina Tar Heels pull off a 71-65 victory over the Gonzaga Bulldogs to win their 6th NCAA men's championship in school history. Head coach Roy Williams got his third title, putting him one ahead of his mentor, Dean Smith, and now behind only John Wooden, Mike Krzyzewski, and Adolph Rupp.
