Three teams ready to celebrate division titles tonight

Tonight, Arizona could finally seize the NL West division at home against their rival San Francisco Giants. With the magic number at 1, one more win and the Diamondbacks celebrate. Game is set to begin at 9:30 pm ET.

In the NL Central, Milwaukee, with their magic number at 2, will play Florida at 8 pm and could clinch the division with a win and a St. Louis loss to the Chicago Cubs, which is also set to begin at 8 pm.

Also with a magic number of 2 are the Texas Rangers, who could win the AL West with a win over Seattle tonight at 8 pm and have the L.A. Angels lose to Oakland later on at 10 pm.

In the wild card race, both Boston (AL) & Atlanta (NL) have a magic number of 5, but teams are closing in to take their spot. The Tampa Bay Rays are 2 games behind the Red Sox in the American League and the same goes for St. Louis in the National League. Tonight, Boston battles the Yankees in New York while the Rays face Toronto. Both games are set to start at 7 pm. In the NL, the Braves go to Washington to face the Nationals at 7 pm while the Cardinals are at home against the Cubs.
