Wings run over Kings, 8-2 for 10th straight win at the Joe
Cory Emmerton had two goals & an assist and Drew Miller scored twice in the Detroit Red Wings’ 8-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings.
Miller was on the third line, which also featured Dan Cleary with three assists and Darren Helm with two. Emmerton was a part of the fourth line, from which Tomas Holmstrom had two assists and Justin Andelkader one.
With the Red Wings winning their 10th straight at the Joe Louis Arena, they are on course to tying their franchise mark at 13, set in the 2006-07 season, and should it happen, they will do it against Phoenix on Thursday, January 12th.
