Grand slam ends long night for Tigers in 13 vs. Reds, 8-4
Todd Frazier hit a solo homerun early in the game and a grand slam with two outs in the 13th inning to lead the Cincinnati Reds to a rain-delayed 8-4 victory over the Detroit Tigers. The game started at 7:10 pm and ended at 1:20 am.
All-Star hopeful Miguel Cabrera hit a three-run homerun off Red's pitcher Johnny Cueto in the 6th inning just before heavy rain started falling, which delayed the game for an hour & 14 minutes.
Detroit will conclude their four-game home-split series in Cincinnati this Thursday night at 7 pm.
