Warriors move one step closer to keeping title with 108-97 win
The two-time & current unanimous MVP Stephen Curry scored 38 points and Klay Thompson added 25 points as the Golden State Warriors rebounded from an embarrassing Game 3 loss by beating the Cleveland Cavaliers, 108-97, in Game 4 to take a commanding 3-1 series lead in the NBA Finals.
Harrison Barnes added 14 points, including four 3-pointers for Golden State, who set an NBA Finals record with 17 three-pointers.
The Warriors, who made history with a 73-win regular season, can become the 7th franchise to win consecutive titles with a victory in Game 5 this Monday night back in Oakland at the Oracle Arena, where Golden State are 50-3 this season.
