Red Wings double up the Leafs 4-2 in Preseason play up in Toronto
Darren Helm and Patrick Eaves both had a goal and two assists in the Detroit Red Wings’ 4-2 preseason victory against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Detroit’s Justin Abdelkader and Tomas Tatar also scored and Ty Conklin made 20 saves for the win. The Red Wings (3-3-1) were 3-for-6 on the power play and won the second half of a home-and-home series after losing 4-3 in overtime on Friday in Detroit.
