Tigers raise AL pennant & beat Yankees again, 8-4

Miguel Cabrera drove in one of four runs in the 5th inning on a 4-for-4 day as the Detroit Tigers beat the New York Yankees, 8-4, on a day Detroit honored the Tigers for winning the 2012 AL Championship.
Prince Fielder, one of six Tigers to drive in a run, had two RBIs one day after a two-homerun, five-RBI performance in an 8-3 win over New York Friday.
Cabrera, the reigning Triple Crown winner, had at least one RBI in his first four games this season and just three hits.
The Tigers will play for a series sweep this Sunday afternoon in a matchup of aces between Detroit's Justin Verlander and New York's CC Sabathia.
