Pistons unable to get past Davis and the Pelicans, 88-85
Back on the court from injury, Anthony Davis had racked up 39 points, 13 rebounds, and eight blocks to help the New Orleans Pelicans win for the sixth time in seven games, 88-85, over the Detroit Pistons.
Jodie Meeks led Detroit with 20 points while Reggie Jackson had 14 points. Andre Drummond finished the night with 13 points, 18 rebounds, & six blocks and Greg Monroe, a New Orleans native, contributed with 13 points & 15 rebounds.
The Pistons will head to the south side of Texas this Friday night to take on the Houston Rockets at 8 pm ET.
