Rangers score late to take Game 1 of East Finals, 2-1
Dominic Moore scored with just 2:25 left to play in regulation as the New York Rangers defeated goaltender Ben Bishop and the Tampa Bay Lightning, 2-1, in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The game-winning goal came just 30 seconds after Moore stepped out of the penalty box for the Rangers, who have played 15 consecutive one-goal games in the postseason.
Game 2 will be played at Madison Square Garden in New York City this Monday night at 8 pm.
