Tigers suffer another loss to Texas at Comerica Park, 4-2
Cole Hamels allowed two runs on eight hits and two walks over six innings as the Texas Rangers came away with a 4-2 win over the Detroit Tigers.
After scoring 25 runs in a two-game sweep of the Cubs at Wrigley Field, Detroit only managed nine against Texas, including five in three straight losses to end the series.
Before returning to Comerica Park, the Tigers will make a quick stop at Cincinnati to play the Reds in a makeup game this Monday night at 7 pm.
