After 24 long years, Lions defeat Packers at Lambeau, 18-16
Matthew Stafford threw for two touchdowns to help the Detroit Lions defeat the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field for the first time in 24 long years, 18-16.
Packers kicker Mason Crosby missed a 52-yard field goal as time expired after Green Bay recovered an onside kick that was mishandled by Detroit's wide receiver Calvin Johnson with 31 seconds left in the game.
Savoring the road victory, the Lions will return home to Ford Field next Sunday to host the Oakland Raiders at 1 pm.
