Red Wings' night ends suddenly with OT loss to Capitals, 2-1
Evgeny Kuznetsov scored just 45 seconds into overtime to help the Washington Capitals to a 2-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings.
Dylan Larkin had opened the scoring for Detroit, who will remain at the Joe Louis Arena to host the Los Angeles Kings this Friday night at 7:30 pm.
