On a bye week, Lions move into 1st place in NFC North
Thanks to a Minnesota loss to Washington, the Detroit Lions are now in 1st place in the NFC North Division. Both teams are 5-4, but due to a Week 9 victory over the Vikings, Detroit holds the tie breaker.
The Lions will look to build on their position in the standings when they return to action next Sunday to host the Jacksonville Jaguars inside Ford Field at 1 pm.
