UDM men & women come away with much-needed victories
Ten different Titans scored as Detroit came out of the Beeghly Center with an 83-70 win over the Youngstown State Penguins. The win guaranteed UDM a 1st-round home game on Tuesday, March 3rd in the 2015 Horizon League Tournament.
Juwan Howard Jr., led the Titans with a game-high 22 points. Jarod Williams finished the night with 16 points and Paris Bass cntributed with 11 points.
Detroit (13-17, 6-9 HL) will conclude the regular season at Calihan Hall with they host Valparaiso this Wednesday night at 7 pm.

Senior Ellisha Crosby tied a career-high with six 3-pointers and scored 21 points to help lead the Detroit Titans to a 78-65 victory over the Cleveland State Vikings at Calihan Hall.
Freshman guard Darianne Seward added 21 points for the Titans while sophomore Rosanna Reynolds recorded her fifth double-double of the season with 15 points & 10 rebounds.
Detroit (10-15, 5-7 HL) will host their final regular season home game this Thursday night when they take on Wright State at 7 pm.
