Scoreboard lights up as Tigers fall on short end vs. Astros, 10-8
Preston Tucker's three-run homerun in the 6th inning tied the game, which allowed the Houston Astros to move on to a 10-8 victory over the Detroit Tigers.
Detroit led 5-3 after just the 1st inning, which included a three-run double by Bryan Holaday. Miguel Cabrera hit a homerun in the 9th inning, but that was all the Tigers could do.
Detroit will spend the rest of May in the west coast for a 7-game road trip, starting with a three-game series against Oakland. The first game begins on Memorial Day at 4 pm.
