Central defeats Miami (OH); Western & Eastern come up short
Chris Fowler scored 21 points, made nine assists, and hit all 11 of his free-throw attempts to lead the Central Michigan Chippewas over the Miami (OH) Redhawks, 68-51.
Braylon Rayson scored 14 points and Rayshawn Simmons added 12 points as Central Michigan (11-9, 4-3 MAC) made 18-of-20 free throws.
The Chippewas' next game will be back home in Mount Pleasant when they host Bowling Green this Saturday afternoon at 6:30 pm.
