Tigers fall to A's in 12, 4-3, after walk-off homerun

The Detroit Tigers lost to the Oakland Athletics, 4-3, at the O.co Coliseum when Josh Donaldson hit a walk-off solo homerun in the bottom of the 12th inning.
Detroit fell to .500 (5-5) while Oakland moved to an American League best 9-2. Despite the loss, Tigers starting pitcher Max Scherzer struck out 11 players.
The Tigers will try again this Saturday afternoon against the A's at 4 pm.
